We are happy to announce that we have 2 new companies that have been certified according to Quality Management Guideline for Companies Working in The Field of Corrosion Protection.

Certificate 004 has been awarded to Jæren Overflatebehandling AS and we are proud to announce that they are the first company in Norway to be certified. They work in the area of sales, project management and application of Corrosion Protection. They are certified with comprehensive level for FROSIO-CP-C. The CP-Process Manager is Mr. Paul Finn.

 

Equally proud we have also certified our first company in Poland, Stocznia Szczecińska “Wulkan” Sp. z o.o. with certificate 005. They are located in Szczecin with main activity being new construction and repair of vessels, offshore and onshore structures. They are also certified with comprehensive level for FROSIO-CP-C. The CP-Process Manager is Ms. Kinga Łuczka-Wilk.

FROSIO is happy to announce that Mr. Lars H. Laugen has been employed by FROSIO. He will have title Project Manager.

Due to increasing activity the FROSIO Board has decided to increase staff in our Secretariat. We are happy that Lars will start working for FROSIO. He has long experience in field of surface treatment, insulation, and welding. He holds both FROSIO Surface Treatment and Insulation level III and has besides doing consulting work, held several FROSIO courses.

We welcome Lars to FROSIO.

The first annual FROSIO Award was presented at “Overflate Conference” 2022 in Bergen.

FROSIO congratulate SLV-Duisburg for holding their 100th FROSIO course in Duisburg, Germany.

Effective February 1, 2022, new FROSIO certificates and renewal will be sent digitally.
