General Manager at FROSIO Ole Stræte and Project Manager Lars Laugen visited the European Technical Insulation Championships held in Feuchtwangen – Germany 20-21 September.

Jæren Overflatebehandling AS is first to receive a certificate according to FROSIO-GUID-CP in Scandinavia.

We congratulate Jæren Overflatebehandling AS on their achievement to receive a certificate according to FROSIO-GUID-CP in Scandinavia. This was celebrated with cake and flowers from FROSIO Chairman Trond Soltvedt and Project Manager Lars Laugen.

Two new companies are certified according to FROSIO Guideline CP

We are happy to announce that we have 2 new companies that have been certified according to Quality Management Guideline for Companies Working in The Field of Corrosion Protection.

Certificate 004 has been awarded to Jæren Overflatebehandling AS and we are proud to announce that they are the first company in Norway to be certified. They work in the area of sales, project management and application of Corrosion Protection. They are certified with comprehensive level for FROSIO-CP-C. The CP-Process Manager is Mr. Paul Finn.

Equally proud we have also certified our first company in Poland, Stocznia Szczecińska “Wulkan” Sp. z o.o. with certificate 005. They are located in Szczecin with main activity being new construction and repair of vessels, offshore and onshore structures. They are also certified with comprehensive level for FROSIO-CP-C. The CP-Process Manager is Ms. Kinga Łuczka-Wilk.

ISO 17024 Accreditation renewed for 5 years.

FROSIO has recently been recertified our accreditation according to ISO 17024 for another 5 years, until 03.03.2028. We are happy to have our strict quality standards validated by Norsk akkreditering.

Mr. Lars H. Laugen joins FROSIO

FROSIO is happy to announce that Mr. Lars H. Laugen has been employed by FROSIO. He will have title Project Manager.

Due to increasing activity the FROSIO Board has decided to increase staff in our Secretariat. We are happy that Lars will start working for FROSIO. He has long experience in field of surface treatment, insulation, and welding. He holds both FROSIO Surface Treatment and Insulation level III and has besides doing consulting work, held several FROSIO courses.

We welcome Lars to FROSIO.
